I was at CVS today picking up some M&Ms peanut butter eggs, because I’m cramping like a sonofabitch and I really need chocolate and CVS is one of the few places that still carry peanut butter M&Ms and THEY WERE ON SALE!!!

Anyway above the Easter M&Ms were boxes of See’s lollipops. I grew up on See’s caramel and chocolate flavored lollipops. My mom used to take my brother and I there every week. She’d pick up some candy for herself (despite that she was a diabetic) and get each of us a lollipop. I wanted to buy a box but a 1-1/2 pound box is $14. Just a bit more than I’m willing to pay. *pouts* But if they should go on sale……

Dear RCN,

Even though you wouldn’t actually admit to it, the fact that I lost both my cable and internet access today, the day my services would’ve been suspended had my account not been up to date (combined with the knowledge that as soon as I got my cable working my internet connection magically reappeared) is more than enough to indicate that someone with your company fucked up.

The fact that I had to be on hold for 45 minutes when I could’ve been checking email wasn’t funny, either.

Please remember this when I forget to pay my bill on time.

Netflix has a new perk for its subscribers where you can stream select videos from Netflix for free. I’m bummed that they never sent me anything about it. In fact I still wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t had to check my account.

Anyway I’m sure it varies depending on what account you have, but I get 18 hours a month viewing time. I just watched Jeff Dunham’s video, which surprised me because when I looked for the DVD a few weeks ago they didn’t have it. It was fun to watch. I haven’t seen him perform since Comic Strip(?) back in the wee early days of Fox TV. Jose Jalapeno is much larger than I remember him. 🙂
