Dear RCN,
Even though you wouldn’t actually admit to it, the fact that I lost both my cable and internet access today, the day my services would’ve been suspended had my account not been up to date (combined with the knowledge that as soon as I got my cable working my internet connection magically reappeared) is more than enough to indicate that someone with your company fucked up.
The fact that I had to be on hold for 45 minutes when I could’ve been checking email wasn’t funny, either.
Please remember this when I forget to pay my bill on time.
