Act 36 of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (or just Sailor Moon as kannaophelia prefers it be called *grin*) is available for download at TV-Nihon.

Okay, let me rephrase that. The BT for Act 36 has been uploaded, according to TV-Nihon, but once again the server is overloaded and no one can access it. So technically it isn’t available for download.

Would someone explain to me why one would move from a perfectly good server to one that can’t handle their traffic?

Of course the irony in this is that I always like to show support for folks who provide a vital service for free by sending a little donation, but I could never find any way to do so on TV-Nihon’s original site. Now they have a PayPal button. Now I’m not sure I still want to donate.

This is just really odd. I have never once had a problem with their new BT page. Has anyone else had problems besides you?
