What is 166.8? Weight? If so yay! I’m starting to not lose any weight because I’m not having my period even on BC but I gain all the water weight and I’m so pissy about it.

I know this sounds like an oxymoron, but I was told that drinking plenty of water helps with water gain. It supposedly helps flush out the salt that may be making you retain the water.
