Dear Netflix,
In the future, it would be so nice if you could send out emails responding to requests to reset one’s password in a timely matter. No, three hours after the fact (or, as did happen last month, never) is NOT considered timely. If you cannot do this, at least consider these options:
1. Make your Customer Service page available to those who cannot log into their accounts. It is extremely frustrating when I have to contact you because I can’t login to my account but am required to login in order to contact you.
2. Make the link that reads “I no longer have access to this email address” a smidgen larger. Maybe four or five times the itty bitty font you’re currently using. That way the next time you drop the fucking ball I can still fix things before I go completely gray.
