I did get in almost two hours of cardio this past week, though, so I am improving. I wish I knew what it is that is making me so disinterested in working out. I used to have no problem. In fact I even looked forward to it. Nowadays I feel like I’m searching for reasons to get out of it. 😛 Must. Get. Back. On. Track! Once I can accomplish that I should start to feel easily motivated again.
