Glenn (aka my husband, the local Yankees fan) was cheering on his team all night, until he realized the Red Sox were going to take it. Then he got all quiet, saying it doesn’t really matter to him, and that the Red Sox will never beat St. Louis.

He was mauled by Jarret’s third grade class today, or what there was of it (I suspect many of them were allowed to stay up and watch the game). He has a date at the library where he will kiss the feet of my former employees, whom he has given much grief to over the years.

There is absolutely nothing to see here.

If you’re able to read this then are probably well aware that a good friend of ours is going through a personal Hell. I, like many, have offered hugs and suggestions, but I often wish I could help out more.

One of the things our friend has mentioned frequently (aside from her dick of a husband) is finances, or lack thereof. This started me thinking. Would it be appropriate to create a sort of fund for her, to help her pay some of the legal bills and such? Would anyone contribute?

I figured the easiest way to do this is to make donations to a PayPal account and then transfer the money to them. I have a personal account that’s currently collecting dust, but if anyone wishes to create one specifically for the cause, they are more than welcome.

Very important! This is a secret! If this idea does come to fruition, I want it to be a surprise. If it doesn’t, then I would like to pretend it never happened.

Anyhow, I’d like your input either way, via email or by posting a response here.
