Well at least one thing is going right for me today.

*clicks refresh a number of times and watches the annoying gray box on the right appear briefly before disappearing* Yay!

Last night I was introduced to the Corps. as the new webmistress. Since (at the time) I still hadn’t heard back from Sharon (the original webmistress), I had to inform everyone that I still don’t have access to the the website and cannot update the schedule. I could, however, get the blog I was planning up and running and post schedule info there. I could post the URL on the mailing list. To which Ellie (the manager’s girlfriend) very quietly remarked to Jane: “Or everyone could just go to the website I created.” Well thank you Ellie! Why don’t you just post the URL to your site and make my life easier!

Today I finally heard from Sharon, who informed me that taking care of the website means more than a little coding and updating regularly. She gave me a long list of things, which included compiling and presenting a report to the Board each month, making sure the bills for the server are paid and the domain name renewed on time, and managing the Corps. mailing list.

Where the fuck is Arthur so I can strangle him!

In other news, Jarret is now having issues with his Concerta. I don’t know what the hell is going on but all of a sudden it’s wearing off much too soon. The last three days I have spent at least four hours trying to get him to do homework that should be completed in less than 45 minutes! I can’t take much more of this. His pedi won’t be back for another month and I’m not comfortable with the doctor filling in for her. Not that Jarret likes her anyway. I would be pretty pissed at someone, too, if they kept referring to me as “she” and I was a boy. Jarret is very assertive about his gender! :o )

Ben has lost a pair of jeans. We have searched the dirty clothes and tore apart his room. I have come to the conclusion that Glenn gave them to the Codys. He swears up and down that the pair of pants that “accidentally ended up with our load” could not possibly be Ben’s, but I’m finding it real hard to believe he could’ve missed a pair of pants already in the machine when he went to load it. Even as drunk as he was. However I can see him making the mistake of thinking Ben’s jeans were somebody else’s. After all he’s done the same thing with my underwear when he was sober. So thanks to Glenn we now have to buy Ben a new pair of jeans.

If I didn’t have to leave in an hour and a half to pick up Jarret from school I’d go back to bed!

Only two more episodes….

Until I can tell TV-Nihon what I think of them.

Ever since they moved to their new server I’ve had one problem after another. And, of course, it’s always “just me”. This time it’s with their forum.

Since it’s been two weeks since they last made a new PGSM ep available I decided to to check the forum to see if they made another quiet announcement that the show would be delayed yet another week. I can’t log in. It says my username or password are invalid. So, just for the hell of it, I asked to have my password reset and sent to me. The new password won’t work either.

Again just for the hell of it, I decide to see if the forum may be having issues with Internet Explorer, so I open the page in Mozilla. I immediately have access, since Mozilla has auto log-in. So you would think that the issue would be with IE, right? Well, what would you say if I told you Mozilla only had the old password? If the password was reset it shouldn’t be able to access the forum, right?

Yeah, it’s just me.
