Well Falconfyre’s section now looks like the rest of the site. I had hoped to get it done sooner as the one story she let James and I publish was only three pages long, but my hip had other ideas.
I’ve been diagnosed with bursitis, which for me apparently flares up if I as much as turn the wrong way. It figures, since I also get pylinidol (sp?) cysts under my skin every time it receives a hard blow (such as falling on my ass while rollerskating) or some other stress (scars weren’t the only reason I wasn’t allowed to pop my zits as a teen).
Anyhow, I’ve been nearly bed-ridden since last Tuesday. It got better Wednesday, but then it flared up all over again Thursday night. I had to be taken to the hospital yesterday as I almost couldn’t get out of bed. Actually that’s not quite true. I got out of bed fairly easy. I just couldn’t pick myself up off the floor after I rolled onto it from the bed.
At the hospital I received a shot for the pain. Glenn made such a production over it, you’d have thought it was him getting the damn thing. *grin* They also gave me a prescription for a muscle relaxer to take along with the Motrin I already had. I get a little dizzy when I take it, but that’s listed as a normal side effect, so unless I’m passing out, I’ll at least take it at night. I’m still in pain, but at least it’s bearable.
