I graduated from highschool in 1982 and I got fricken 59.25%.

What’s really embarassing is when I finally decided I had filled in as many as I could, I thought “Geez, why didn’t they have anything from the J. Geils Band? Freeze Frame was one of their best albums in the 80′s.”.

They did. I got it wrong (I didn’t even recognize the lyric). I’ll be expecting a humiliating email from a certain ex-boyfriend about it (how he ever put up with my Seth Justman fantasies, I’ll never know). *grin*

Once upon a time I was able to write wonderful stories with minimal pain. Something has changed that and I want to know what it is.

While real life may be a contributing factor, I doubt that it’s completely responsible for my loss of creativity. Things may be busier than before, but if I have ADD now, I had it back then, so theoretically it should’ve been just about as hard to write then as it is now.

Another idea I have is so obvious it’s stupid: I didn’t have a computer back then. My handwriting may be comparable to chicken scratch, what with its omitted, half formed, and jumbled letters, but it also may have very well allowed my thoughts to flow freer.

So I’m going to try an experiment. Since I haven’t really gotten a start on 2 of Rods (other than the outline Quatre provided) and the Harem really wants me to work on it, I’m going to see what will happen if I physically write it out. I figure I’ll either get it written, or suffer from severe writer’s cramp.
