I woke up this morning bloated and red-eyed, despite the fact that I’ve been drinking plenty of water, and I got enough sleep. Must be a reaction to something new in my diet, although the only changes I made are a new anti-oxidant supplement and a different brand/type of green tea. I guess I’ll start with going back to my Japanese Sencha and take it from there.

P.S. If you are just learning CSS, avoid the book “Cascading Style Sheets A Beginner’s Guide” by James H. Pence. The book was carelessly written and obviously never proof-read as there are glaring omissions (mostly in the code used in the projects), and often your page will not look like his because he’s written it differently in his example.
